We wouldn't want someone stumbling across yours and getting into your account. If you are having trouble, just follow the checklist below:

I'm getting an error message that says my username and/or password are not in the system.	Did you type in your username and password exactly as you entered them on your initial registration? Check to make sure you didn't accidentally misspell them or type an incorrect lower-case or capital letter. If your username is "just me", "JUST me" will not work.
I don't remember my username and/or password.	Just type your e-Mail address in the box below and we'll send you an e-Mail message with your username and password associated with that e-Mail address. Your e-Mail Address:
My browser keeps giving me warning or error messages.	1. Are you using an up-to-date browser? Try the latest version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. 2. Does your browser accept JavaScript? If not, you should enable it in your browser to help you view the pages that use JavaScript.
